Standard Terms and Conditions for Buyer's Orders

  1. Scope of Work: The services provided will be based on the specifications and requirements agreed upon by both Muse Art Renovatic Sdn Bhd and the customer.

  2. Quotations and Estimates: All quotations and estimates provided are based on the initial information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary according to the actual size, material, and job scope requested by the customer.

  3. Order Confirmation: Orders will be considered confirmed upon receipt of a quotation or purchase order from the customer, along with any required deposit as stipulated in the agreement.

  4. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement and must be adhered to. Any delay in payment may result in a delay in the completion of the project.

  5. Changes and Modifications: Any changes or modifications to the original order must be communicated in writing. Additional charges may apply based on the nature and extent of the changes.

  6. Materials and Quality: All materials used will be of the quality specified in the agreement. If the customer requests a change in materials, this may affect the final price.

  7. Completion Timeline: The project timeline will be agreed upon by both parties. While we strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Customers will be notified promptly of any changes to the timeline.

  8. Warranty and Guarantee: We provide a warranty on our workmanship and materials as outlined in the agreement. Any defects or issues must be reported within the warranty period for them to be addressed.

  9. Liability: Muse Art Renovatic Sdn Bhd is not liable for any damages or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

  10. Final Inspection and Approval: Upon completion of the project, a final inspection will be conducted with the customer to ensure satisfaction. Any final adjustments or touch-ups will be completed as necessary.

  11. Final Pricing: The final price will be based on the actual size, materials, and job scope requested by the customer. Any additional costs incurred due to changes in these factors will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

  12. Right to Modify Terms: Muse Art Renovatic Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the terms and conditions periodically for any updates or changes.

  13. Refund Policy

    • Deposit Refunds: Deposits made are generally non-refundable. However, in cases where Muse Art Renovatic Sdn Bhd is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund of the deposit may be considered.

    • Order Cancellations: If a customer wishes to cancel an order, the request must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and any costs already incurred. The amount refunded will be at the discretion of Muse Art Renovatic Sdn Bhd, based on the specific circumstances.

    • Refunds for Defective Workmanship or Materials: If defects in workmanship or materials are discovered within the warranty period, Muse Art Renovatic Sdn Bhd will either repair or replace the defective items at no additional cost. If a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at the company's discretion.

    • No Refunds for Custom-Made Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made furniture and other bespoke items, refunds will not be issued once the production process has begun. However, Muse Art Renovatic Sdn Bhd will work with the customer to resolve any issues to their satisfaction.

    • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

    • Right to Refuse Refunds: Muse Art Renovatic Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse a refund if the claim does not meet the criteria outlined in this refund policy.

By placing an order with Muse Art Renovatic Sdn Bhd, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review them periodically.
